This is a template agreement and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch. By using Easy PDF Convert, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Easy PDF Convert provides online conversion of images to PDF documents. Files are processed and then permanently deleted within 2 hours.
3. Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, attempt to breach security, or abuse the service through automated or excessive usage beyond your plan limits.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Taxes are applied where required.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy PDF Convert is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
